Each and every Kentaur saddle purchased from us is handmade to order. Your saddle will be made by our master saddlers to your specifications. You can rest assured your prized saddle will be created with the utmost craftsmanship, precision and care. We also have a number of saddles in stock at any given time, so if you require a saddle immediately we should be able to cater to your needs. 

Saddle Deposit & Payment 

We require a $2000 deposit for your saddle order to be placed, and when the saddle is ready to ship from the Kentaur factory we ask that final payment is made.  If you decide to pay by credit card, a 2.9% charge will be added to your outstanding balance.   We accept email transfers to info@exclusiveeq.com with the password "saddle."

Payment Plans

Exclusive Equine can offer a customized payment plan to suit your budget. We require a minimum of $500 (non refundable deposit) at time of order.  Once your deposit is made, there are many options in the form of monthly payment plans, with a 10% interest charge on the overall order.

If a payment is missed and alternate arrangements are not made with Exclusive Equine there are additional fees associated: a $25 charge will be added if payment is missed by five days, an additional $25 will be added if payment is missed by 10 days and an additional $50 is added if payment is missed after 15 days. 

Ordering Timeline

Including the manufacturing process and shipping, your saddle may take 10 to 12 weeks to deliver from the time of order. During this process, we will endeavor to keep you up to date on the progress of your new saddle, and at its time of arrival will provide free shipping to you immediately. If we have a demo saddle available, we are able to offer the use of a Kentaur saddle whilst you are waiting.

Saddle Trade In & Used Saddles

Exclusive Equine will accept trade-ins, once inspected by our Sales Manager Alanna O'Neil.  If you decide to trade your saddle in towards the purchase of a new one, there is a minimum of $500 (non refundable) deposit required.  Also, the trade saddle must be delivered to the sales representative with in 5 business days of receiving deposit.  All trade in or used saddle sales are charged 30% on the sale price of the saddle.
